To begin the building permit process, the property owner must digitally sign the Owner Affidavit assigning a representative for the building permit and acknowledging Land Use Approvals. Additionally, a separate form must be submitted providing the Schedule of Values for the project. (Cost of Construction Affidavit). To access these forms, click the form links below and provide the property owner's name and email address, then click "Begin Signing". The owner will receive an email message from DocuSign.net. This email will provide the verification code needed for the owner to access, complete and digitally sign the Owner Affidavit form. NOTE - These forms are scheduled to be moved Fall 2022 to the the Building Application form housed in the Community Development permit software. PLEASE NOTE: IF OWNED BY AN LLC, DO NOT PUT THE NAME OF THE LLC IN THE OWNER FIELD BELOW -- YOU WILL FILL THE NAME OF THE LLC ON THE DOCUSIGN FORM ITSELF. FILL OUT THE NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO IS THE OWNER OR AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE LLC BELOW.
