BOCC/ASE PROJECT UPDATE(S)

In January 2019, the BOCC appointed nearly 160 community members to serve as part of an Airport Visioning process to envision the next 30 years of the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE). After 18 months of five different working groups and hundreds of hours of meetings the ASE Vision Committee Final Recommendations were presented to the BOCC on April 16, 2020. To see all ASE Vision archived materials, meeting audio and presentations, please click here.

As the recommendations have been handed over to the Board of County Commissioners for their deliberation and consideration, the public process is not over. The following resources and information are outlined to ensure all members of the public are able to stay engaged and informed.
