This website provides a list of current special districts, information on the formation of special districts, amendments to service plans, DOLA requirements, etc. If statutorily required by your district, this website offers a portal where you can upload your statutory filings pursuant to C.R.S. 32-1-104(2). You only have to upload your filings into one portal and it will no longer be necessary to send paper copies to various officials. Once the filings are uploaded, the Clerk and Recorder, Assessor, Treasurer, and Board of County Commissioners will be notified via an automatic email.

With the passage of Amendment E in the recent election, qualifying surviving spouses of Gold Star Veterans may apply for the Senior Citizen and Disabled Veteran Property Tax Exemption starting in 2023. There will be more information provided about this exemption in January of 2023.
