  • The mailing list is provided by the attorney for the lender.
  • 1st Mailing - No more than 20 calendar days after the recording of the NED
  • 2nd Mailing - No more than 60 calendar days nor less than 45 calendar days prior to the 1st schedule sale date
  • Will be published in the Aspen Times Weekly for 5 consecutive weeks.

  • 15 to 19 business days from date of sale. Each subsequent Lienor has 5 business days to redeem
Deed issued
C.R.S. 38-38-501
Title vest after the expiration of all redemption periods or 8 business days after the sale if no intent to redeem has been received. The Deed can be issued once a written request is received from the holder of the Certificate of Purchase or Certificate of Redemption.
