| Wildfire Resiliency Code

Project Summary The State of Colorado is requiring all jurisdictions to adopt the Wildfire Resiliency Model Code (see State website here) by April 1, 2026, in Building Codes, requiring Pitkin County text amendments in the Building Code and the Land Use Code.
